Limits and Rake
The limits for Pot Limit and No Limit games start at $0.05/$0.10 and go up to $5/$10, and for Limit games from $0.02/$0.04 up to $75/$150. You will find the rake pretty standard here, with the exception of a special rake cap for the highest level games. Rake is 5%, capped at $3 for the higher limits, except for the $75/$150, which has a cap of $5. The good news is, regardless of limit, if you don't see a flop, no rake is taken- this is known as a "No Flop, No Drop" policy.
Traffic Quality
During peak times traffic can be quite high, upwards of 10,000, but off peak traffic slows down a lot. You will find a lot of players of all skill levels at Absolute Poker, so keep your guard up and pay attention. Most of the tables are short handed, so they fill up quick, but there are usually plenty of games just getting started when you want them. Tournament play is pretty comparable to ring game play.
Playability

Texas Hold'em, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo, Omaha High, Omaha Hi/Lo, and lots of Heads up games are available, as well as tournaments.

Customizable avatars are great, but even more important is the ability to block another player's avatar if you find it disturbing or distracting. The same goes with the chat, and the chat window can be moved around the screen. The user interface is simple, if a bit stark, and neither adds to or detracts from the playing experience. The playback function, along with player notes, is a very useful way to sharpen your ability.

Other Features
The ability to find a specific player works great when you have game time scheduled with a buddy, or if you have a soft player you would like to play again. The heads up Sit N Go tables are a great way to double your money, and the standard suite of note taking and the like round out a decent set of features.
Customer Service
While customer support seems limited to email, there are a ton of specific email addresses you can use, depending on the nature of your problem.
